In 2007, I founded Silvercreek Realty, pioneering a model in Idaho that gave agents the freedom to thrive with a simple $450 transaction fee and $50 monthly fee. What started as an innovative idea quickly grew into one of the nations largest and most respected independent brokerages — proof that when you put fairness, opportunity, and efficiency first, success follows.
Today, I bring that same spirit of innovation into my real estate practice through my company, Nest IQ.
