About Lance

Hi, I’m Lance Lugo, a REALTOR® with Silvercreek Realty Group, proudly serving Twin Falls County and the Magic Valley. I’ve been licensed since 2020 and specialize in helping first-time homebuyers as well as families looking to downsize or upsize to fit their next chapter.

Before real estate, I spent much of my career in the agricultural industry, working in logistics, management, and merchandising. That background taught me the importance of hard work, clear communication, trust and integrity — values I carry into every real estate transaction.

As a husband and father of three, I understand how important it is to find not just a house, but a home where families can grow and thrive. I’m passionate about helping clients navigate every step of the buying or selling process with confidence and ease.

When I’m not working with clients, you can usually find me running, training for ultra marathons, working out, or practicing archery. Whether on the trail or in real estate, I believe in setting goals, putting in the work, and finishing strong.
